God has a heart for those in material and spiritual need, and as His church, we desire to reflect His love and care by ministering through financial assistance when it is necessary, responsible, and supportive to do so. We give financially in two ways: 1) First we give financially to many like-minded local support agencies and ministries, and 2) we give individual aid to members and regular attenders who are in a relatively desperate situation concerning life’s basic needs (food, shelter, utilities, transportation, clothing, etc.). Financial Assistance gifts are based upon individual situations and the funds available at the time of the request. Due to the large amount of need within our congregation, help to those outside our body is limited to local referrals to organizations and community services. Below is a listing of agencies and organizations that can provide help in a time of need.
